This is something I enjoy about using Google Forms and I'm not very aware of how difficult it would be to implement this, but having the ability to create custom individual questions/prompts for the client to fill out and/or tick during the Project Creation phase would be very helpful in seperating out the necessary information for a piece. 

E.g. A seperate box containing a question like: "what clothes would you like your chaaracter to wear?" and a place for them to write a short response.
