So an issue I have a lot is that, I'll get my commissioners on board for a commission... but by the time I reach them in my queue, they aren't paying attention to their email, and it takes forever for me to reach them, especially ones who I have no other contact with.

Obviously this would be solved by me taking way less long, but I feel like there are a few other possible solutions. right now I'm testing out a discord server where I can ping people when it's their turn, and it got me thinking that maybe the site could use browser notifications for project updates? I think a lot more people would notice that way, provided they opt in to notifications. Additionally, it might be faster for me to respond to requests if I'm able to get a notification about it straight away.
