Allow for listings to function as an auction, with multiple slots allowing multiple bids from multiple users.
Spin off project(s) for the bid winners, and send invoices appropriately.
Possible end-state: Spin off one project for all auction slots, allowing the artist to send updates to all winners at once, while allowing winners to engage on an individual basis with the artist. Discussion needed.

Will Snipe protection be an option?
I know some artists who extend bidding time 1 hour past the last bid to help prevent it.
Some artists do like the sniping though, so maybe just as an option?
