For artists who maybe don't have enough time to be checking their account all the time. Being able to designate a trusted account to assist with the shop housekeeping would be a good option in my opinion. The owner could designate what their assistant has permission to do on their behalf (Reply to messages, mark work as completed, accept new work, etc) and be able to make it easier on themselves.
