I think it would be great if the Dashboard had a "mark all as read/seen" button to clear the backlog and reset that counter to the lowest number possible.

This would be zero in most cases, but I suspect that it's designed such that it always marks new projects as unread until some action has been taken, which is understandable.

I wanted to suggest this mainly for two reasons; one is that I don't check my Dashboard for messages all that often since I rely mostly on my workboard and email notifications to track ongoing work, but it also tends to get a bit tedious to scroll through pages of older messages to mark them as read.

Somewhat tangentially related to this suggestion is that my account has also somehow gotten stuck at a nonzero count of unread messages that I've been unable to find anywhere in my message history, which has only increased over time. This might fix the issue if other users have been having it too.

I expect there's other use cases to consider but this is a fairly basic and common feature for inboxes on other platforms that's missing on Commiss.io.
