Use Your Twitter Account on Commiss.io!

One of our most commonly requested features would definitely have to be the ability to integrate with external social networks. For a while we've had manual share buttons on listing pages, but adding Twitter login support brings us one step closer to a solid social integration.

What's supported now

You can now create a Commiss.io with a Twitter account. You can also add a Twitter account to your existing Commiss.io account.

In the future, having a Twitter account attached to your Commiss.io account will allow you to automatically share updates to your followers, including when you're open for projects, post a new listing, or when someone subscribes to you or leaves you a tip.

We want to help you grow as an artist, and expand your audience, and adding new social integrations is a great way to do that! We'll make sure we can help you leverage your existing network, and nurture it to grow.

How else does Commiss.io help me grow my audience?

We also allow customers to follow you on Commiss.io, getting updates when you're available for projects, post a new listing, or send an update to your audience. You can also manage your existing followers and customers in your creator portal.

Improvements for GIFs and Sprites

We've made improvements to how GIFs and sprites are rendered on Commiss.io. 

Unfortunately due to image processing restrictions, we've been having some difficulty properly rendering resized GIFs. However, for header images on listings, and listing preview images, we're properly rendering animated GIFs for all listings. 

However, we're still working on determining the best way to track and display sizes for small images such as sprites. We're also looking into improved support for audio and video files. We expect to have updates on those improvements in April, 2019.
