1. This Agreement
This agreement is between the artist and client. Commiss.io is a neutral third party providing hosting, technology, and dispute resolution services.
This license and agreement is entered into between the artist and the client (the “parties”). The parties are members of Commiss.io and have agreed to the Terms of Service as part of their membership. This agreement applies to the digital download associated with this license. The Terms of Service applies to all services of Commiss.io.
This agreement is only between the parties. Commiss.io is the provider of technology and management of the platform and is not a party to this agreement.
This agreement takes effect when the client purchases a digital download product on Commiss.io.
This agreement constitutes a legal contract. The client has purchased a . There is no employment relationship established by this agreement.
3. Payment
Payment is handled as outlined in the Terms of Service. The client is immediately charged for any downloaded content.

4. License of Downloadable Content
The client receives an non-exclusive, royalty free license for non-commercial use of any downloadable content made available with the listing.
Upon purchase, artist grants the client rights in the downloadable content as outlined below. In the event of a refund, client will retain no rights to retain or use the downloadable content.
For any downloadable content created by the artist, the client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for all non-commercial use of the relevant downloadable content. Artist affirms they have the right to sub-license any content not wholly owned by them that is part of the downloadable content.
If a signature or other identifying mark is present, client may not remove it without prior approval from the artist.
Clients usage of all materials is limited to non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only by written agreement between artist and client.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds are subject to the standard Commiss.io Digital Download Refund policies.
Clients can request refunds within 5 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] or using the Support tab on every page. Refund requests are subject to review by Commiss.io staff and subject to the Refund Policy for Downloadable Content.
Refunds after the 5 day window may be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of Commiss.io in consultation with the original artist.
When a client has been issued a refund, they no longer have any license or right to use any Downloadable Content and must delete any copies from their computers and/or destroy any physical copies available.

7. Miscellaneous
This agreement is bound to the Commiss.io Terms of Service and those terms are incorporated to the greatest extent permissible by law, into this agreement. In the case this agreement is inconsistent with the Commiss.io Terms of Service, those terms take precedence over anything within this agreement.

Prices.
The prices you see in the listings are the starting/base prices. In the description you'll find more infos on the actual prices. Once you picked, you may contact me and I'll make a specific listing for your project so you can send a request with that. This is because my account doesn't allow yet to edit the price directly when requesting in the listings.
References.
When requesting please send a detailed description of what you want and along with it as many references as possible of the pose you want, the characters details, colouring, background and any other additional detail.
If you want, you can draw it! Even stick-men are super alright!
In case you have difficulties, we can still sort it out in a rough brainstorm sketch session, where I will send a rough doodle to check if it's what you're seeking.

Commission phases.
I will ask the client for approval after every phase of the commission in the comment section or in DMs.
Specifically:
- For confirmation about the commission and double-check the agreements.
- For a rough conceptual sketching: Seeing if the general idea of the piece is right, based on the references and descriptions given by the commissioner.
- After the main sketch is done. You may ask for any change you wish, until you're satisfied with the result.
- After the lining. I still take on changes, but less radical as the lining will take more time.
- I will show a partial colouring result, when you will be able to ask for small tweaks in the choice of the colors and lights still. Or, I may directly send a low quality preview of the final result.
- Once the client has approved the finished piece preview, no more changes will be accepted. Then the commissioner will be able to approve authomatically the payment by downloading the definitive file.
Speed.
As for the speed, due to uni and other real life projects, I won't be able to offer a super quick service. Complete pieces take around 3 weeks, one for each phase (sketching, lining and colouring). It can take shorter time however in case my schedule is cleaner.
In case of major complications I will right away contact the client.
Payment and refund.
Payment:
Here: Will be accepted once the piece is ready and finished. By accepting, as the site explain, you agree for the commission payment to be sent and the piece will be available for download.
Paypal: Payment will have to be upfront.
Refund:
In case I have to cancel the order for personal issues, there won't be needed to give a refund, as the payment is to be made only after the piece is finished. If I need to cancel and you made an upfront payment, I will give full refund.
The preview of the piece I'll have given until then won't be available anymore, as the commission won't be paid.
However, in case you still want the piece, even if unfinished, or desire to change the option (ex: instead of a full coloured piece, only sketched), the price will be edited accordingly and the drawing will be available.
In case you decide to cancel the commission:
Whether it's paypal or commiss.io, if you decide to cancel the commission after the basic projecting phase was passed and once I started the next phase (sketch, lines, coloring), payment will still need to be made in base of the work done so far.
Ex) If you paid a full colored commission and step down in sketch phase, you will get refund for the phases that weren't made and the money NOT refunded will be the one of a sketch drawing.
Drawing takes time and efforts, so it's effectively working hours.
You will, of course, get the drawing done up until that point.
Rules:
I don't accept rude behavior and I take the liberty to turn down a commission or cancel in such cases.
Also, my art won't be available for commissioners to be claimed as theirs or sold, under any circumstances.
You may post the piece you commissioned me on your socials or fics sections, but it will need to be the watermarked version and credits will be required and visible in the description.
The commissioner will get a watermark-less version too, not to be posted.

AI: Under absolutely no circumstance you're allowed to use my art for AI products. Whether it's to train the program, use it as base, part of a collage, etc. You're not allowed to finish or "correct" the art with AI.
You're also not allowed to use the art commissioned for fanfictions made by AI.
What I can draw:
- Humans.
- Anthropomorphic animals (Ex: Sonic, zootopia, beastars, BNA etc..) .
- Stylized, cartoonish animals (Ex: mlp, hamtaro, disney animals, Paw Patrol etc...)
- Romantic or Platonic relationships, LGBTQA+ included of course!
- Angst, cruent scenes, blood, not too graphic wounds.
What I can't draw:
- Mecha
- Too complex backgrounds
- NSFW
- Gore (Bad injures, wounds and blood are okay, but anything too graphic won't)
- Anything part of anime Pokémon: Sun&Moon, Journeys and the movies new timeline (from the 20th on)
I will take the liberty to turn down commissions that go against my morals.
Some examples:

- Romanticization of abuse
- Pedophilia
- Racism
- Homophobia
- Any reference to satanism (Yokais, japanese folklore demons like Kyuubi, Amaterasu, Inuyasha are okay)
Comics:
I only take short comics at the moment. The prices depend on the complexity of the page, such as number and type of panels, content and the stlye (sketch, lines, coloured etc...) And also the number of pages. (I will announce prices as soon as possible)
