All the sketches from MFF 2019 that were done in my sketchbook, plus everything drawn in the second half of 2019!

NOTE: These are the original scans, so they may look a bit bright. An edited version of these with better contrast and cropping is currently being worked on!

Q: Hey! This is a mess! What do you mean "early release?"

A: Here's the original scans moments after finishing scanning all the pages in! Of course, there are some mistakes, a large section is lower res ( still ~2500x1500 though), and there are duplicates. Links to the owners of any characters drawn is also not in this! As this is an early release I wanted to just put out everything since some friends were waiting on this and I wanted to get this done for now so I dont have to worry about never getting it done at all.

Rescans for higher resolution and edited versions for better contrast and viewing will be worked on eventually as well! Still gotta get that done for the other 2019 book and itll take a long while cus of how many pages there are.

Anyways, enjoy seeing these as they were done! Did a few touch ups on some pieces so they'd scan nicer but I'll let you guess which :3c

Q: What are these weird symbols in here? And these unnamed characters?

A: The ferret-snake-dragon-y looking characters are a species created for a friend's world they've been creating called Skyward! A bit much to get into but they have their own language that I've been making, (which is actually useable!) among other characters I've been making. The red cybernetic wolf and dragon, as well as the cat and odd-looking dragon at the front and end of the book are all characters from actual dreams I've had. They resemble their original designs as closely as I could, and I have older art of theme on my computer. Lots of sketches and ideas~

Q: What about this "L Async R" thing?

A: That's mean teaching myself how to draw ambidexterously, and with both hands at the same time. In short, I'm training my left hand to be as good as my right hand, so in case of emergency I will have a backup for drawing (aka turbo carpal tunnel or instantaneous explosion somehow). I also truly believe that if I can learn to draw with both hands at once with equal line quality, that it would be a huge benefit and a neat party trick. The time taken to complete the off-hand stuff is also noted on the page usually, so you can see how fast it actually is, even with me still learning how. I really think that if mastered, it could lead to VERY fast sketching and having stronger off-hand dexterity has been useful in everyday things so far. Its been something I've worked on for about half a year now and I want to eventually write about my journey with it and my thoughts on it in the future, but for now, this is what it is. Current goal is to have my off-hand linework be indistinguishable from my main-hand, and its getting close.

And with all that said, enjoy! I will plan to rescan the low res section tomorrow cus its late now, as well as remove some of the duplicates as well. Contrast edits will have to wait as per usual as there are other higher priority things I have to get done for now. Unless there's a high demand for them (you definitely want them eventually) then itll be a slow process. I might be able to enlist the help of friends but I do want to ensure consistency and to look things over myself at least before uploading a final version.

1. This Agreement

This agreement is between the artist and client. Commiss.io is a neutral third party providing hosting, technology, and dispute resolution services.

This license and agreement is entered into between the artist and the client (the “parties”). The parties are members of Commiss.io and have agreed to the Terms of Service as part of their membership. This agreement applies to the digital download associated with this license. The Terms of Service applies to all services of Commiss.io.

This agreement is only between the parties. Commiss.io is the provider of technology and management of the platform and is not a party to this agreement.

This agreement takes effect when the client purchases a digital download product on Commiss.io.

This agreement constitutes a legal contract. The client has purchased a . There is no employment relationship established by this agreement.

3. Payment

Payment is handled as outlined in the Terms of Service. The client is immediately charged for any downloaded content.

There are currently no fees for purchasing downloadable content. Artists are currently not assessed a fee for selling downloadable content during the alpha period.

4. License of Downloadable Content

The client receives an non-exclusive, royalty free license for non-commercial use of any downloadable content made available with the listing.

Upon purchase, artist grants the client rights in the downloadable content as outlined below. In the event of a refund, client will retain no rights to retain or use the downloadable content.

For any downloadable content created by the artist, the client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for all non-commercial use of the relevant downloadable content. Artist affirms they have the right to sub-license any content not wholly owned by them that is part of the downloadable content.

If a signature or other identifying mark is present, client may not remove it without prior approval from the artist.

Clients usage of all materials is limited to non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only by written agreement between artist and client.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are subject to the standard Commiss.io Digital Download Refund policies.

Clients can request refunds within 5 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] or using the Support tab on every page. Refund requests are subject to review by Commiss.io staff and subject to the Refund Policy for Downloadable Content.

Refunds after the 5 day window may be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of Commiss.io in consultation with the original artist.

When a client has been issued a refund, they no longer have any license or right to use any Downloadable Content and must delete any copies from their computers and/or destroy any physical copies available.

7. Miscellaneous

This agreement is bound to the Commiss.io Terms of Service and those terms are incorporated to the greatest extent permissible by law, into this agreement. In the case this agreement is inconsistent with the Commiss.io Terms of Service, those terms take precedence over anything within this agreement.

I'm glad you considered commissioning me for some art :D Below is my general Content Guidelines, as Commiss.io calls it. It might also go by the name of Terms of Service, or Artist Policy, or whatever.

Whatever you wanna call it, this breaks down how I handle commissions generally, and what I specialize in drawing. If you have any questions after reading this just send me a message and I'll be sure to respond!

~Content Guidelines~

Requesting a Commission:
If you'd like to commission me, at least read this section if nothing else! What I will/won't draw is listed below, but in short, anything SFW is okay, NSFW and anything I'm uncomfortable drawing, is not. When sending references, I'd prefer SFW images if possible! If you only have NSFW references, that is okay, just please censor any lewd parts if possible!

I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason, though I will do my best to be transparent and communicate if its something I'm not comfortable with! Read further below for more information about communication with me and how I handle cancelling an in-progress commission, though hopefully it never has to come to that!

Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old or older to commission me. This is more recommended by friends and other artists to add due to helping protect me as the artist from any legal issues that can arise from irresponsible kids spending money that isn't theirs. Thankfully, Commiss.io covers this well already, but I feel its worth adding still!

What I WILL draw:

NSFW

If you would like to commission me for anything else, I'm always willing to try! Landscapes I am okay at making, but I still don't feel as though I'm as skilled as I want to be in order to list them.I am not as experienced in drawing humanoid characters, or inorganic things such as architecture or machines.

If you read all this and STILL want me to draw something of the above, then as I said, I'll try my best! I'm happy that you want to commission me and if you still think I'm the best choice for what you want drawn, then by all means I welcome the challenge! Just keep in mind that if its something I'm not as confident in making, that may reflect in the quality of the end result.

Communication, Changes, and WIPs:

I like to have open communications with others, especially for anyone starting a project with me! Feel free to ask for changes, revisions, or WIP pieces as you like. I try my best to provide updates as I make meaningful progress with any commission, and my goal is to create something that you will enjoy and be satisfied with.

I don't have any hard limit on the amount of times or things that you can request to change or anything like that. If something doesn't look the way you envisioned, or you'd like something added or edited, let me know! I'm willing and eager to work with you to make it look the best it can be. If you can think of something being changed or imagined in a different way, then I should be capable of drawing it without much issue ^^ We can always discuss the details of any changes that come up.

Note about Payment:

Just so you are aware, I have my account to request that I am paid in advance, however that doesnt mean I won't start until I'm paid! Personally I have good faith in whomever wishes to commission me that they do so with good intent, and so I like to have payment completed equally as the art is created.

What I mean to say is, if you commission me for something larger, such as a fully rendered character illustration, then even if your project has not been paid, you can expect a sketch to be in the works if I have some spare time to work on it! The good thing about paying up front is that I have some protection as a seller, and its currently the most common method among other artists.

Also if you need to split payment into portions for any reason, let me know ahead of time! I can work out customized pricing on a project with you! I know how expensive art can get, and I know what its like to be a bit short on cash at times, so if for any reason you'd rather pay in parts, then contact me and I'll be more than happy to set something up :3

Now with that said...

Dissatisfaction and Cancelling a Commission:

First and foremost if I ever disappoint you with the final result of a piece, I'm deeply sorry :c That's something I never want to encounter as an artist. The primary reason I keep making art is in hopes that it brightens up the day of whomever sees it, and bring a little happiness to them, so if I fail to do that, then I can't say sorry enough.

Of course though, I'm VERY flexible when making changes to art as stated earlier. If for whatever reason you want to change something about an art piece while its still being worked on, I'll be more than happy to make the change and discuss it further with you. I've had times where I ended up having to redraw characters and poses multiple times for the same image, so do not feel as though its a burden to me. If the changes being asked for seem excessive, I'll let you know, but otherwise do not hesitate to tell me to adjust something. Again, your satisfaction with this is my top priority.

All of this applies to cancelling a commission as well. If for whatever reason it doesnt seem to be working out, you have the final say if you would like me to continue to keep trying or if we should stop. If you need to cancel for financial reasons or otherwise, let me know and I'll sort things out. If payment was already made, and we mutually agree on cancelling the project on good terms, then I'll do everything I can to ensure you are rightfully refunded. I'm still a bit new to Commiss.io, so hopefully this never is a problem we have to run into! ><

Any normal artwork project that takes me more than 6 months to complete, I will gladly refund, or mark as already paid. I want to try and complete every commission I accept, however long it takes, though it is not fair to leave anyone waiting an excessively long time for a work of art they were expecting.

And with all that sad stuff out of the way...
