Got a character but need a reference sheet to get all their details in one place? Need costume designs/variants on an existing character? That's what this listing is for!
Included in the base price:
- Front and back view of the character
- One outfit/costume
- Information about the character (ex. name, species, gender/pronouns, sexuality, likes/dislikes, bio, and/or anything else you'd like written down)
- Color palette
Additional details such as expression examples, alternate costumes, alternate forms, props, etc. will increase the price. If you'd like fewer images (front and back only, front and clothed only, etc.) this will decrease the price.
Requirements:
- at least one reference image of your character
- at least one reference image for each article of clothing your character wears and/or a description of the clothing you have in mind for the character (if applicable and not included in the first reference image)

Standard agreement including non-commercial use for the client.
1. This Agreement
This project agreement is between the artist and client. Commiss.io is a neutral third party providing hosting, technology, and dispute resolution services.
This license and agreement is entered into between the artist and the client (the “parties”). The parties are members of Commiss.io and have agreed to the Terms of Service as part of their membership. This agreement applies to relevant projects entered into by the parties when purchasing or selling services. The Terms of Service applies to all projects on Commiss.io.
This agreement is only between the parties. Commiss.io is the provider of technology and management of the platform and is not a party to this agreement.
This agreement takes effect when both parties agree to a project, price, and license. The project refers to the specific service to which this agreement is attached. Any and all communication and materials associated with the project are part of the project.
This agreement constitutes a legal contract. The artist is engaged by the client as an independent contractor to complete the job. There is no employment relationship established by this agreement.
2. The Project
This agreement only applies to the project it is attached to and only to the scope of the project as agreed. Either party may change the agreement or the scope of the agreement with written consent of both parties.
This agreement is attached to a project, as agreed upon by the artist and client. This agreement applies only to the materials within the scope of the project as outlined above. It is the responsibility of both parties to ensure positive communication about ongoing projects.
The project agreement may change at the request of the artist, with approval from the client. The project price may also change at the request of the artist, with approval from the client. If the scope of the project is changed, the artist should request a change of price as appropriate.
Upon completion of the project, the artist will submit the final assets. These will be available in a preview mode until accepted by the client. The client has 30 days to accept the final assets, request changes to the final assets, or request a cancellation of the project. If the client does not take any action for 30 days, the project will be considered "accepted" by default, and closed.

3. Payment
Payment is handled as outlined in the Terms of Service. Payment information is collected upon the initial request, and the client is charged at the start of the project.

4. License of Project Assets
The client receives an exclusive, royalty free license for non-commercial use of any original project assets, and a non-exclusive license for premade project assets, as outlined below.
Upon completion of this project, the artist grants the client rights in the project assets as outlined below. In the event this project is cancelled or refunded, client will retain no rights in the project assets and all rights in those assets will return to or remain with the artist.
For any project assets created specifically for the purposes of this project, the artist grants the client an exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for all non-commercial use of the project assets. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the artist may continue to display any project assets as example materials, in online and offline portfolios, and to prospective clients. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the artist does not retain the right to use the completed work for commercial purposes, including selling digital or physical copies of the completed project assets.
For any pre-existing portions of project assets created by the artist, the client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for all non-commercial use of the relevant project assets.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, no attribution is necessary. If a signature or other identifying mark is present, client may not remove it without prior approval from the artist.
Clients usage of all materials is limited to non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only by written agreement between artist and client, either by switching to an appropriate commercial use license, or through other arrangements made between the parties.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the terms selected by the artist and agreed upon by the parties prior to the start of the project.
Either party can request a cancellation prior to the successful completion of the project by using the “Contact Staff” button on the project page. It is recommended that the parties attempt to resolve any issues between themselves prior to requesting cancellation. Upon cancellation, the obligations of the artist to complete and deliver project assets are terminated. Funds will be returned to the client minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellations as a result of artist action or inaction will incur no cancellation fee. Examples include, but are not limited to: an unresponsive artist and project materials outside the agreed scope.
Cancellations through no fault of the artist will incur a cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy associated with the project listing.
Cancellations and cancellation fees are subject to the Commiss.io Dispute Resolution process outlined below.
6. Dispute Resolution
Commiss.io staff provide dispute resolution, should the need arise. Disputes may be raised during or shortly after project completion. Commiss.io will make an ultimate decision regarding the project outcome intended to mutually benefit both parties.
The parties agree to participate in and be subject to the Commiss.io dispute resolution process as outlined in the Terms of Service. A dispute may be raised within 7 days of project completion by using the “Contact Staff” button on the project page.
It is greatly recommended that the parties attempt to reach an amicable solution between themselves prior to raising a dispute, though Commiss.io staff is available to provide assistance without raising a formal dispute.
As outlined in the Terms of Service. If a dispute is raised, Commiss.io will attempt to assist the parties in reaching a solution. Failing that, Commiss.io reserves the right to make an ultimate decision regarding the project outcome, relevant refunds, and any necessary transferring of intellectual property rights or project asset licenses.
7. Miscellaneous
This agreement is bound to the Commiss.io Terms of Service and those terms are incorporated to the greatest extent permissible by law, into this agreement. In the case this agreement is inconsistent with the Commiss.io Terms of Service, those terms take precedence over anything within this agreement.

Turnaround (or, how quickly your order will be completed) varies by listing type, but typically will be between 2-6 weeks under normal circumstances. If for any reason I think I'll need more time than that (outside of delays caused by me waiting for your feedback), I'll let you know. Though you have the option to set a deadline when you order here on Commissio, I ask that you please don't, as I will ignore it.
- This is assuming that the project you order is similar in scope to the parameters of the listing you order from. If additions are made (extra images on a reference sheet, extra characters in an environment painting, etc) your project may take more than 6 weeks to complete.
- If you need an order in less than this timespan, feel free to contact me and I'll quote you a rate + rush fee. The fee will depend on the deadline you propose.

You will be receive an invoice for the project after I send you an initial sketch and any needed edits are made to that sketch, so you won't be asked to pay until I'm actively working on the project (depending on my workload, this may take a week or more).
- You can request changes at this time; two edits are included in the base price of each project (five for character designs). Additional changes will incur an extra charge. I will warn you of any extra charges before you commit to them.
- The prices on the listings are base prices. I may charge more if a subject seems like it will be much more time consuming than average (due to a complicated design, costume, etc.). I will let you know of any price changes before I accept your order, and I won't start work until a price is agreed upon, so you'll always have the option to back out if the new price is out of your budget.

I can post all versions of finished commissions on social media. It's how I get exposure! Please do not ask me not to post your commission online -- that's just not how I operate.
- If you'd like to be tagged when I post your completed order to social media, add your Twitter handle to the order form and I'll be more than happy to. Inversely, if I already have your Twitter handle and you'd prefer not to be tagged or mentioned, just let me know and I'll keep your name off of it when I post.
- You're also welcome to post your commission to your own social media or otherwise use it for any purpose that you don't make money off of. A link back to my Twitter (@Falco_works) is appreciated, but not necessary!

At this time I don't take NSFW commissions (nudity from the waist down, sexual themes, extreme gore), so please keep it PG-13!
- You can, however, send me reference images that are NSFW (if you're over 18), no need to ask first or censor anything! I promise not to make fun of your character's dong.
- I also don't draw complicated hard-surface stuff (mecha, vehicles, scifi-type environments). Hopefully this will change someday, but for now I'm not confident enough in my skills in these areas to take commissions featuring them.
- Do not claim a slot in my queue until you are ready to order. Unless I've agreed to it beforehand, I will deny projects that are submitted without the information I need to get started in an attempt to reserve a slot for later.
- Please please please add Commissio to your email contacts list. Alternatively, check your project manually at least once a week or give me another way to contact you (email address, social media, etc.), because email notifications from Commissio will almost certainly wind up in your spam folder at some point!
- I reserve the right to refuse to work with a client for any reason. Just what it says on the tin. I very rarely need to blacklist clients, y'all are usually extremely kind folks. But it seems worthwhile to mention it here all the same. I don't make art for jerks!
And now for some legal nonsense restating some of this:
The images provided to you are licensed copies for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Your purchase of the original files releases Falco Windsor (Falcoworks) from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Falco Windsor from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file or image. You hereby grant to Falco Windsor the right to use and publish images commissioned to further promote their work, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use. Falco Windsor agrees to limit the use of these images to promotional use only.
Falco Windsor retains all copyrights to the images. By ordering a project, you are agreeing to the above terms.
