I don't take explicit or suggestive 18+ commissions (That content is locked to my Patreon). I also don't do NFTs, so don't request any art for them. Commissions made by me are not permitted to be used in AI of any kind.
All preparation materials, sketches, visuals, including the electronic files used to create the project remain the property of GoldGauntlet.
Refunds depend on how much progress is made: 100% of the payment will be given back before starting on the project, 75% during the beginning stage, 50% during the middle stage, 25% during the final touches, and no refunds will be given at all after completion. Refunds can be exchanged through Stripe.
