Terms of Service
By commissioning art from me, hereinafter referred to as "the artist," you, hereinafter referred to as "the client," are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, without the need for an explanation.
- All in-progress artwork will be shared with the client for review before completion.
- Color artwork will be shared for review twice: First the initial sketch is completed, and once flat colors have been added.
- Errors identified by the client during review will be edited by the artist.
- Any additional changes to the artwork not mentioned by the client in the original project request will be considered revisions.
- The artist's starting fee includes the following number of revisions: 1. Any additional revisions will incur further fees, to be discussed at the time the revisions are requested.
- Completed artwork with errors made by the artist due to errors present in the reference materials that were not identified by the client during review will not be edited or refunded.
- The client may post completed artwork to their social media so long as it is accompanied by a link to one of the artist's social media profiles. Crediting the artist by username alone is not enough.
