1) I reserve the right to cancel any unpaid commission at any time for any reason.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time if the client fails to communicate clearly or doesn't respond for more than a week (let me know ahead of time if you'll be offline for a while); behaves towards me or my community in a rude or inappropriate way; is involved in controversy I don't wish to associate with; or falsifies information such as as their own age, identity, or ownership or permission to use original characters (OCs, fursonae, adoptables, etc.)
2) Commissioned emotes come with a license to use them on any platform which allows custom emotes, including platforms where the use of emotes is monetized such as Twitch or YouTube. Other artwork commissioned may also be used, in part or in whole, as emotes under the same terms.
For all other commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, monetized media such as videos or music album art, promotional materials, etc. please DM me so we can discuss terms and fees/royalties on a case-by-case basis.
Don't mint my art as NFTs. I don't care how integral the character I drew is to your brand, my art is not to be minted, period. Don't even ask.
3) Payment will be accepted up front but not required until a rough sketch has been presented to your satisfaction. Please discuss any major changes or corrections you'd like to make during the sketch phase, as it's a lot easier for me to backtrack then than several layers in. I will send you several watermarked WIPs if you are not able to attend my streams to watch me work live or I choose to work offline. Refunds will be issued only if you inform me you are unsatisfied or need the money before I complete more than the sketch. Partial refunds for partially completed commissions may be negotiated.
4) Unless you explicitly request otherwise, I may use your commission for self-promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
Posting in a variety of Discord servers, Telegram groups, and Subreddits; my galleries on Fur Affinity, Itaku, Derpibooru, e621, and Piczel; Twitter and Bluesky; and/or in future promotional materials such as commission sheet examples and social media banners.
5) Commission requests must be submitted via 馃寪
Commissio. When I accept your commission, I will send an invoice which can be paid with a 16-digit credit or debit card via Commissio's own Stripe portal, or you can send via Cash App to $AlbinoRayneDeer (preferred!) and I will mark the invoice as paid externally.
*Please do not mention the content of your commission in the Cash App description.
*I'm told that Cash App is only compatible with users in the same country, so clients outside the US will have to use a card. The Cash Card may still work in the Stripe portal.
I am unable to take PayPal due to enforcement of their policy against NSFW content. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have a PayPal credit or debit card, however, you can use that in the Stripe portal.
6) I reserve the right to refuse commissions involving content I am uncomfortable with or certain body types (extremely muscular or cripplingly overweight, mostly). If you're unsure about a fetish or other subject matter, don't be afraid to ask!
Hard no's include but may not be limited to: Watersports, gas/scat, vore, ABDL, gore, cub/foal/loli/shota, noncon, goo/slime/excessive fluids, micro/macro, hyper.
