As the commissioner, you agree:
- To pay all costs after discussions have been finalised. The rest will be expected to be paid when a piece is completed.
- To provide a reference image for a character or one you want me to do if you designed it. If you want me to design a character for you, give me prompts to work with!
- That for NSFW, you understand I will/will not do certain types, I am fine with gore, but please say what specific gore you'd like and I'll see if I can do it. For sexual stuff, hate art and propaganda, absolute no-no.
- To credit me in posts regarding the finished piece, just because you paid for the art, doesn't mean you can claim it as your own, and I as the artist retains all rights to a piece of work.
- To not distribute it to other people, use it for merchandise (shirts, phone cases, etc.) or to companies without my permission, having said that, if given permission, credit must be given. This is for commissioned works only. I will ask for a cut of whatever is earned since it is my art that is being used.
As the artist, I will:
- Only give you works in progress with the watermark "SAMPLE" during the working phases.
- Only allow changes during the sketching process.
- Only give you the full piece upon full, authorised payment.
- Give you invoices through PayPal for legal reasons.
- Not give refunds.
- Post the finished commission to DeviantArt, Tumblr, ArtStation, Twitter and the portfolio page on this website, unless specified that you would not want the commission public for your own reasons, then I will keep it private, as I respect discretion.
