All payments are to be made through commiss.io's payment processor, Stripe. 

You will not be charged until I am ready to work on your piece. If either of us needs to cancel before work begins, it's no problem!

However, I do follow a strict cancellation policy. If I have begun work on your project, I retain 60% of the agreed upon payment. There are no refunds on finished art.

There is currently a 30-45 business day turnaround on custom art commissions after I begin work on your piece.

If you need work completed on a tighter deadline, a 50% upcharge will be added and you will receive priority in the queue.
