When submitting your project, please be sure to include your contact information (Twitter handle, telegram etc) as well as for the purpose of tagging when the project is complete and gets posted. Attach any reference images that you may have, and a brief description of what you would like. Please don't submit projects with a description similar to "we have spoken about the details previously" as I may not be able to find the conversation when i get around to your piece, and this just makes it easier to be sure that everyone gets exactly what they are looking for.
Wait times vary depending on the state of my queue, and the complexity of your project. Feel free to contact me if you’re curious about the current length of my queue. Any dates of completion that are given are merely estimates unless otherwise explicitly discussed.
When a project is submitted to me, i look over the details and decide whether to accept or decline the proposal. If I accept, it will be put into my queue. This doesn’t cost anything, and there’s no commitment to follow through if the client does decide to cancel before payment is made. The project will remain in my queue until I get to it, and if the client would like to suggest a change in pose/prop/any other details in their piece, they can leave a comment in the comment section on their project. I send out an invoice when I’m ready to begin working on each project, and I do not begin work until the invoice is paid. Additionally, once the invoice is paid, that is non-refundable unless otherwise discussed between myself and the client on that particular project.
I do not accept strict deadlines, unless otherwise discussed between myself and the client. Adding a deadline that is shorter than my queue at the time of proposal will incur a +50% rush charge in order to push your project to the front of the queue. If for any reason I fail to meet this deadline, I will issue a refund of at least 50% of the total of what the client has paid. Further refunds may be discussed depending on the amount of work that had already been completed.
