Commission Selection & Payment
Commissions are only accepted through
Commiss.io, I do not work with PayPal. If you’re unable to use commissio, we can talk about alternatives.
Under no circumstances will I accept Bitcoin, NFT, etc. Attempting to purchase or trade for these will place you on a blacklist, and all rights will be revoked and refunds will NOT be given.
Under no circumstances may my art be used to benefit, train, or otherwise be used by or for AI art. All rights and use cases will be revoked, and refunds will NOT be given.
When placing a request, I will adjust the pricing for any applicable discounts that will need to be verified by you before I can accept and send an invoice. Once the invoice is sent you can then pay before I begin work.

Commissions are largely accepted in order of who sent a request first.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, personal preference or otherwise.
Commission Process
I currently stream work on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursdays.
Because I only work in short stints (1-4 hours) minor changes to the commission can be made with no additional fee, before or during the stream.
In cases of work that takes longer than 4 hours or requires a lot of client commentary, I will send WIPs out when requested or when I need additional feedback.
If I neglect to include any details or referenced material it will be adjusted free of charge.
Large changes to any commission can be negotiated at an additional fee.
Content Policy
I do not accept commissions from parties that are under 18 years of age, nsfw or otherwise. Attempts to commission any content as a minor will place you on a Blacklist.

I will not draw racist, transphobic, hateful, content or underage characters and any attempt to commission such content from me will place you on a Blacklist.
Refunds
Please talk with me before you request a refund.
For short form work (in-stream commissions that take less than 4 hours) you may ONLY request a refund before any work has been started.
For long form work (any work that takes longer than 4 hours) you may request a full refund before any work has been started, or a partial refund based off the amount of (agreed upon) hours are left to finish.
No refunds may be placed after the piece has been finished.
Usage Rights
I retain the right to post commissioned work to any place of site, and use commissioned work for any form of advertisement. If you would prefer to stay anonymous or that the work doesn’t get uploaded let's discuss it!
Unused commissioned assets may be recycled for other commissions or private work.
Commissioned work may not be used for commercial use unless the rights have been purchased or a contract has been made and agreed upon.
Commissioners may publish and edit their commissioned piece as needed, with proper credit attributed and changes made are clarified.
