- CONTENT GUIDELINES - I'm generally willing to draw content that contains nudity, violence, or horror elements. I am not willing to draw excessive gore. I prefer not to draw content focused on characters from existing properties, but sometimes I can be convinced to make exceptions. I prefer to draw original characters and ideas, and as much creative freedom as you're willing to give me.
- REVISIONS - Once we settle on a concept, I'll send you a refined sketch for approval, which is your last opportunity to make any drastic edits to the design or composition. Once the piece is finished, you'll have another opportunity to request minor edits to add details or correct any mistakes I may have made in the design.
- TURNAROUND TIMES - I try to finish commissions within 30 days of the start date. More complex commissions like reference sheets take longer, and turnaround times vary based on how busy I am and how complex my workload is.
- REFERENCE IMAGES - I prefer reference images whenever possible, but I don't mind working from descriptions or "inspired by" art. If you don't have any images of your character, that's okay-- if you can think of a couple film/game/etc characters that look similar, or that inspired your character, that's enough for. Also, if there's an image already in my gallery with a style that you like, let me know and I'll tailor your commission to fit! Just let me know if your references are your own, or if they're something you stumbled across online.
- DISCOUNTS - If you are a TTRPG DM who wants to get everyone at the table a painting of their character for the holidays, or a writer who wants illustrations and character portraits for their website, or a comic artist who just wants a clean reference image to look back on, let me know-- I love working with other creatives and I'm happy to give bulk discounts.
- PRINTING - Unless otherwise specified, I don't print physical copies of my illustrations. I do send finished commissions as print-resolution .PNG files, and clients are free to print copies if they want to. If you buy a commission specifically intending to print it when it's done, let me know and I'll make sure it's formatted correctly-- just please don't sell the prints!
