Right now, commission listing state something like "Starting at $40" for their price.

I would like an option where we can list a range, e.g. "$40 - $60."

Ideally we could toggle between the two. Or you could just set the price to list as "Starting at $40" or plain ol' "$40" if the artist picks "$40 - $40."
