Description

A pair of SFW single character poses for Anamnesis

Race: Midlander based
Genders: Unisex
Technical Notes: Made using my personal scalings on the male Au Ra, so some adjustment may be needed - if you're using scaling mode, don't use the "Load Scaling" or "Load Full Transforms" option in Anamnesis. Equip the tankard from the props menu and ensure you unsheathe your weapon before going into gpose

Every time, the stories get wilder and more entertaining. Drinking with your buddy in the bar - both are holding tankards of ale, with the shorter friend perched atop the bar, one hand on their friend's shoulder. The standing character is making an animated gesture, and both have their tails curled onto the bartop with happy faces.

Note: the standing character is wearing high heels (Tsar's heels mod) so some height adjustment may be needed, although he is also min height).

1. This Agreement

This agreement is between the artist and client. Commiss.io is a neutral third party providing hosting, technology, and dispute resolution services.

This license and agreement is entered into between the artist and the client (the “parties”). The parties are members of Commiss.io and have agreed to the Terms of Service as part of their membership. This agreement applies to the digital download associated with this license. The Terms of Service applies to all services of Commiss.io.

This agreement is only between the parties. Commiss.io is the provider of technology and management of the platform and is not a party to this agreement.

This agreement takes effect when the client purchases a digital download product on Commiss.io.

This agreement constitutes a legal contract. The client has purchased a . There is no employment relationship established by this agreement.

3. Payment

Payment is handled as outlined in the Terms of Service. The client is immediately charged for any downloaded content.

Payment is handled as outlined in the Commiss.io Terms of Service. The client will be charged immediately upon purchase. Commiss.io and its payment partners will deliver funds to the artist according to the terms outlined in the Terms.

There are currently no fees for purchasing downloadable content. Artists are currently not assessed a fee for selling downloadable content during the alpha period.

4. License of Downloadable Content

The client receives an non-exclusive, royalty free license for non-commercial use of any downloadable content made available with the listing.

Upon purchase, artist grants the client rights in the downloadable content as outlined below. In the event of a refund, client will retain no rights to retain or use the downloadable content.

For any downloadable content created by the artist, the client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for all non-commercial use of the relevant downloadable content. Artist affirms they have the right to sub-license any content not wholly owned by them that is part of the downloadable content.

If a signature or other identifying mark is present, client may not remove it without prior approval from the artist.

Clients usage of all materials is limited to non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is permitted only by written agreement between artist and client.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are subject to the standard Commiss.io Digital Download Refund policies.

Clients can request refunds within 5 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] or using the Support tab on every page. Refund requests are subject to review by Commiss.io staff and subject to the Refund Policy for Downloadable Content.

Refunds after the 5 day window may be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of Commiss.io in consultation with the original artist.

When a client has been issued a refund, they no longer have any license or right to use any Downloadable Content and must delete any copies from their computers and/or destroy any physical copies available.

7. Miscellaneous

This agreement is bound to the Commiss.io Terms of Service and those terms are incorporated to the greatest extent permissible by law, into this agreement. In the case this agreement is inconsistent with the Commiss.io Terms of Service, those terms take precedence over anything within this agreement.
